How to get SSS PRN number
There are several ways to get this reference number.
Via the social security system app
All you need is to download and install the app on your smartphone. Next, use your SSS account to log in. If you don’t have one, the registering process for an account is simple. You can check out our article on how to get an SSS ID. After you are logged in, tap on the generate PRN/SOA icon.
To get the reference number, you need to fill in all necessary information and submit it. When you are done, you will see the number on the screen. You can either take a screen shot or save it as a pdf file for printing later.
Via the SSS PRN helpline
It is also possible to receive the reference number by contacting the SSS PRN helpline. You can phone them or send an email.

Step 1: Go to the SSS portal.
Step 2: Log in with your ID and password.
Step 3: On the menu, select the PRN link.

Step 5: Choose voluntary as your membership type.
Step 6: Chose the contribution period.
Step 7: From the drop-down menu, enter your monthly contribution.
Step 8: Select submit request.
Step 9: Review your submitted details.
